Bitcoin mining infrastructure on our own gas power in Russia

We are a Russian company that builds gas-fired power plants and runs Bitcoin mining on them. Gas from the field goes into Weichai generators; electricity goes straight into ASICs — no grid, no middleman. We sell that capacity as hosting, build the same infrastructure for clients, and offer investors a share in the generation.

The team starts on the 184 MW Tereshkovo gas turbine power plant in Moscow and grows the load to 10 MW by early 2024, building its own technician service and monitoring.

Surovskoe oil and gas field, Saratov region: our first site on our own gas-fired generation, grown to 8 MW.
2025
15 MW in 75 days
Rybushanskoe field: 43 Weichai gas units and 3,654 ASICs, commissioned at design capacity in 75 days.

Turnkey for clients
Gas power and mining containers for client sites, including a 1.2 MW project in Vyksa delivered under a single leasing deal.

How we work with international partners

Legal framework

Industrial mining has been legal in Russia since 1 November 2024 (Federal Law No. 221-FZ). Our sites are in the Saratov region, which is not on the list of regions where mining is restricted, and the site operator is listed in the Federal Tax Service register of mining infrastructure operators.

Contracts

Agreements are signed with TDM LLC, a Russian company (INN 9726051386), under Russian law and in Russian roubles, with a full set of closing documents. Bilingual documents can be prepared on request.

Due diligence

Visit the sites, get a live video tour, check the company registry data and talk to the engineers who run the equipment. Investors are responsible for checking the rules of their own jurisdiction, including sanctions — please involve your counsel.
